Maddy brought her chickens to school. They are two weeks old and very friendly. We had a great time playing with them and washed our hands very well after we held them.

After a week of wet, rainy days we wrote about what we like to do on a rainy day.

Measuring

We have been learning to measure with different measuring tools.

We have to remember to:

start at the correct starting point

check our tools are touching and not overlapping

measure right to the end

make sure we count properly

We have been practising for the School Cross Country Run. We persevere to run better each day.

We have been learning about Fads in the 1970s. String Art was very popular, so we have been creating our own.
