After a week of wet, rainy days we wrote about what we like to do on a rainy day.

Measuring

We have been learning to measure with different measuring tools.

We have to remember to:

start at the correct starting point

check our tools are touching and not overlapping

measure right to the end

make sure we count properly

We have been practising for the School Cross Country Run. We persevere to run better each day.

Sharing the books we have read, by ourselves or with our parents, at book club.

String Art in the 1970s

We have been learning about Fads in the 1970s. String Art was very popular, so we have been creating our own.

We enjoy milk each day with our buddy class.

Outside playing during lunch time.

Some of the boys love playing basketball. We are learning the skills in Physical Education.

Hop, Skip and a jump we enjoy learning to play hopscotch.

Building and creating with the wooden batons is a new activity.

And we pack them all away at the end of the lunch break.

Playing in the playground is always fun.

Some of us like a quiet colouring time.
